Chocolate Ganache

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup plain chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 1. put chocolate and cream into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
