Granola Bars

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup raisins or 1 cup other dried fruits
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 (175 g) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 325° and line a 15x10-inch.
  • 2 pan (or 13x9 if you want them thicker) with foil, greased.
  • 3 in a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, chips condensd milk& butter, mix well.
  • 4 press into pan evenly.
  • 5 bake 25-30 minute or until golden brown.
  • 6 cool slightly.
  • 7 remove from pan & peel off foil.
  • 8 cut into bars.
  • 9 store loosely covered at room temperature.
  • 10 makes 36 bars depending how you cut them.
