Chocolate Lovers Wheat Bran Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 cup wheat bran
• 1 3/4 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
• 2 in a bowl, mix wheat bran, flour, baking powder.
• 3 cream together the sugar, butter, vanilla, and egg until smooth then blend in milk.
• 4 add dry ingredients and chocolate chips to the creamed mixture and stir until just moistened.
• 5 bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 22 minutes or until done.
