Ingredients

• 1 cup dove dark chocolate miniature (about 20 pieces per cup)
• 2 large eggs
• 2 large egg yolks
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 1/4 cups whole milk

Recipe

• 1 arrange ramekins in shallow baking dish filled with 2" of hot water.
• 2 whisk eggs, yolks and sugar until thick, set aside. boil milk and add to egg mixture in slow steady stream while whisking. add dark chocolate miniatures; stir until melted.
• 3 fill pots with chocolate mixture and bake in preheated 325-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until set.
• 4 carefully remove pots from hot water, cool to room temperature before refrigerating for 3 hours.
