- 2 eggs
- 220 g caster sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 600 ml cream
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Recipe
- 1 place eggs, sugar, milk, 1/4 cup cream and vanilla in a blender.
- 2 process for 40 seconds.
- 3 gradually add cocoa, blend 30 seconds.
- 4 add 600 mls cream, blend 30 seconds.
- 5 freeze.
- 6 that's it.
