Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 eggs
  • 220 g caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 600 ml cream
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Recipe

  • 1 place eggs, sugar, milk, 1/4 cup cream and vanilla in a blender.
  • 2 process for 40 seconds.
  • 3 gradually add cocoa, blend 30 seconds.
  • 4 add 600 mls cream, blend 30 seconds.
  • 5 freeze.
  • 6 that's it.
