Easy Grasshopper Dessert

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 (1 pint) jar marshmallow creme
  • 2 tablespoons green creme de menthe
  • 2 tablespoons creme de cacao
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Recipe

  • 1 combine wafer crumbs and melted butter; press into an 8" square pan.
  • 2 in small bowl, combine marshmallow creme and liquers; beat 1 minute at high speed.
  • 3 fold in whipped cream.
  • 4 pile into crumb crust; cover, and freeze for about 5 hours or overnight.
