Ingredients
- 125 g mixed peel
- 125 g glace apricot
- 60 g prunes
- 60 g glace pineapple
- 125 g raisins, seeded
- 125 g sultanas
- 125 g plain flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
Recipe
- 1 chop fruits finely in food processor.
- 2 mix in sifted flour.
- 3 add eggs to make a stiff mixture.
- 4 form a roll about 12 inches/30 cms long.
- 5 place on greased oven tray.
- 6 bake 45 minutes at 350 f.
- 7 drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
