Chocolate Mint Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 1/2 scoops hdt 5 chocolate protein powder
  • 1 chocolate protein powder
  • 1 ounce sugar free hot chocolate powder (1 packet)
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 large ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into blender. and mix to desired consistency.
  • 2 serve cold.
