Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as directed)
- 1 1/4 cups water (or as directed)
- 1/3 cup oil (or as directed)
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 (11 1/2 ounce) bags chocolate chips
- 1 pint heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 make cake as directed on box (let cool).
- 2 whip 6 egg yolks with sugar until pale and fluffy.
- 3 heat 1 cup of milk
- 4 pour chocolate chips in milk and mix well until melted
- 5 pour a little bit of chocolate in the yolks and mix well and add the remaining.
- 6 let cool.
- 7 whip heavy cream until thick
- 8 fold the whip cream in the chocolate mixture.
- 9 cut cake in half and put half of the mousse in the middle and place top on and put the remaining mousse on top.
- 10 place in the fridge and enjoy:).
