Chocolate Mint Brownie Dessert

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups hersheys chocolate syrup
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 for cake layer:.
  • 2 heat oven to 325.
  • 3 grease 9x13 inch pan.
  • 4 in bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and syrup.
  • 5 beat until smooth.
  • 6 pour into prepared pan.
  • 7 bake 25-30 min or until top springs back when lightly touched.

  • 17 pour chocolate topping over chilled dessert.

  • 19 chill at least 1 hour before serving.
