Chocolate Mint Baked Custard

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups milk, divided
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup mint chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 in a small saucepan, combine 1/2 c milk and the mint-chocolate chips.
- 3 cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
- 4 set aside.
- 5 in a large bowl, combine remaining 1 c of milk, condensed milk, and eggs; beat until well blended.
- 6 add chocolate mixture; beat well.
- 7 pour into a 1-quart casserole.
- 8 fill a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with 4 cups of water.
- 9 place casserole in baking pan.
- 10 bake at 350 degrees f. for 50 to 55 minutes.
- 11 serve warm or cool completely.
