Double Chocolate Fudge Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons no-sugar-added hot chocolate mix (1 packet)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder (1 scoop)
  • 4 ice cubes (or 1/2 - 1 cup crushed ice)

Recipe

  • 1 mix in blender.
