- 1 (200 g) carton natural yoghurt
- 1 (300 ml) carton thickened cream
- 1/2 cup grated chocolate
- 6 teaspoons brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine cream and yoghurt.
- 2 beat mixture with electric beater till thick and fluffy.
- 3 fold through grated chocolate.
- 4 pour into 6 individual ramekins.
- 5 sprinkle with brown sugar.
- 6 leave in refrigerator overnight to set.
