- 2 cups mint chocolate chips
- 70 ritz crackers
Recipe
- 1 melt the mint chocolate chips in the microwave.
- 2 dip crackers, one at a time, into the chocolate.
- 3 lay on wax paper to set.
- 4 store in airtight container (if there's any left, that is).
