Hot Chocolate Rum Sauce

Ingredients

• 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chunks
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup rum

Recipe

• 1 partially melt chocolate over hot water in top of double boiler.
• 2 stir until smooth.
• 3 slowly add sour cream.
• 4 stir until smooth.
• 5 add rum and heat.
