Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

- 1 cup butter
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 grease a 9" square baking pan.
- 3 melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat.
- 4 stir to blend and set aside to cool.
- 5 beat eggs until light yellow; add salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder.
- 6 beat well.
- 7 blend in cooled chocolate, vanilla and pecans.
- 8 blend thouroughly.
- 9 pour into prepared pan and bake 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- 10 cool before cutting.
