Halva Ice-cream

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 200 g halva
Recipe
- 1 separate eggs and whisk whites until stiff.
- 2 add in sugar, a spoonfull at a time and whisk.
- 3 pour yolks and vanilla essence into mixture and carefully mix through.
- 4 beat up cream in separate bowl.
- 5 fold cream into egg mixture.
- 6 chop up halva - crumble it - and then fold into egg/cream mixture.
- 7 pour into loaf pan lined with wax paper (or use silicon container)and freeze.
- 8 before serving, turn out onto serving plate and drizzle with melted chocolate (optional).
