Haley's Homemade Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons whipping cream

Recipe
