Guinness Float

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 12 fluid ounces guinness stout
  • 6 fluid ounces chocolate ice cream

Recipe

  • 1 place chocolate ice cream in a british pint (20 fl. oz.) glass.
  • 2 add guinness very very slowly, taking care that it doesn't foam over the brim.
  • 3 consume through a straw.
