Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soya flour
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 1/2 tablespoons margarine
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
- 1 sift dry ingredients.
- 2 beat sugars and margarine.
- 3 add egg and beat again.
- 4 add vanilla and stir.
- 5 add dry ingredients. add chips and nuts.
- 6 drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. bake at 375°f for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 7 1 cookie - 1 fruit/vegetable choice, 1 fat.
