Fudge Cake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 unbeaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate in double boiler with the butter until melted.
  • 2 add sugar; mix well.
  • 3 add eggs, one at a time until blended.
  • 4 add all dry ingredients, nuts and vanilla.
  • 5 pour into a well-greased and floured pan, 9x9-inch.
  • 6 bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  • 7 ice with your favorite icing.
