Ingredients
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (11 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons hard margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan combine all the ingredients.
- 2 heat, stirring often until chocolate is melted and is smooth.
- 3 pour into greased 9x9 pan.
- 4 cool.
- 5 cut into 3/4" mints.
