Double Fudge Pie (no Crust!)

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 melt butter and chocolate and cool slightly.
  • 3 gradually mix into eggs.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  • 5 spread into a buttered 9" pie plate and bake for precisely 40 minutes.
  • 6 center will be soft and moist when taken from oven, but firms a little when cooling.
