Double Fudge Pie (no Crust!)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 melt butter and chocolate and cool slightly.
- 3 gradually mix into eggs.
- 4 add remaining ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- 5 spread into a buttered 9" pie plate and bake for precisely 40 minutes.
- 6 center will be soft and moist when taken from oven, but firms a little when cooling.
