Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 1/2 lb fresh strawberries
• 3 ounces chocolate

Recipe

• 1 cover a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.
• 2 break up the chocolate and place in a small metal bowl.
• 3 place over a saucepan of hot water and heat until melted.
• 4 remove from the heat and stir.
• 5 do not remove the leaves from the strawberries.
• 6 dip into the chocolate, leaving part of the fruit uncovered.
• 7 place on the non-stick baking paper and leave until the chocolate is dry and set.
