Halloween Midnight Madness

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 chocolate wafer pie crust
• cool whip or whipped cream, to top

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 in a large bowl with mixer, at medium speed, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
• 3 gradually beat in sugar.
• 4 beat in eggs, one at a time.
• 5 beat in chocolate and vanilla until smooth.
• 6 pour into pie crust, and place on a cookie sheet.
• 7 bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
• 8 chill 4 hours before serving.
