Halloween Leftovers Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened (or margarine)
- 1 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup yogurt-covered raisins
- 1/2 cup chocolate-covered peanuts
- 1/2 cup reese's pieces
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt into bowl and set aside.
- 3 in a large bowl, using an electric mixer set on medium, cream butter, brown sugar and sugar.
- 4 with the mixer on low, beat in egg and vanilla.
- 5 beat in flour mixture a little at a time until a soft dough forms.
- 6 combine rasins, peanuts and reese's in a medium bowl.
- 7 gently fold in half of the candy mixture, being careful not to break up the candy pieces.
- 8 drop onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2" apart by heaping teaspoons.
- 9 sprinkle the tops of the dough balls with the remaining candy mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- 10 bake cookies until lightly golden, 10-12 minutes.
- 11 cool completely on wire racks.
