Fudgy Stove Top Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1/4 cup milk, i use 2%
• 1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 2/3 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f grease and flour a 9"-13" glass baking pan.
• 2 in a larger sauce pan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
• 3 add the milk, turn heat to medium and stir constantly for 1 minute.
• 4 remove from heat and add chocolate.
• 5 let the chocolate sit for about 2 minutes so it can soften in the butter mixture.
• 6 gently stir the chocolate into the butter mixture to make sure it does not spatter everywhere.
• 7 stir in the eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt.
• 8 gently fold in the flour and pour into the 9"-13" pan.
• 9 bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the brownies clean.
