Fudgy Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
• 2 squares unsweetened chocolate squares, broken into pieces (2 oz each)
• 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar, divided
• 4 large eggs, divided
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 melt butter and baking squares in medium, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. cool to room temperture. stir in 1 3/4 cups sugar. beat in 3 eggs; stir in flour. spread into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
• 2 beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in small mixer bowl. beat in remaining egg, and vanilla. pour over chocolate mixture; deeply swirl with knife.
• 3 bake in preheated 350f oven for 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out slightly sticky. cool completely on wire rack.
