Fudge-glazed Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares (melted and cooled slightly)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar

Recipe

  • 2 mix the three ingredients together and mix well; press firmly into a 9x13 inch pan.
