Foolproof Fudge

Ingredients

- 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons good vanilla
Recipe
- 1 in a sauce pan or double boiler, melt chips with condensed milk.
- 2 remove from heat.
- 3 stir in nuts and vanilla.
- 4 spread evenly into a 8 or 9 inch square pan, lined with wax paper.
- 5 chill 2 hours.
- 6 turn out on to cutting board, remove paper and cut into pieces as desired.
