Fabulous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 36
• 1 cup unsalted butter (soft, i use land o lakes)
• 1 cup brown sugar, unpacked
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 3/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 cream the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until well mixed.
• 2 in another bowl add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix together with a fork.
• 3 gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture unitl dough forms.
• 4 add the chocolate chips to the dough and mix in by hand.
• 5 roll into one inch balls and put on parchment (or wax paper) lined baking sheets.
• 6 bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
• 7 this dough will keep for about a week in the refridgerator.
