Double Peanut Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup salted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 cup lightly packed light brown sugar or 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°; grease cookie sheets or line with silpat.
- 2 in a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda; set aside.
- 3 in a big bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the butter, sugar, and peanut butter until creamy.
- 4 add in the vanilla; add in the eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition.
- 5 scrape down the bowl and mix again.
- 6 add the flour mixture and mix; stir in the chips.
- 7 using two tablespoons or a small ice cream scoop, drop the dough onto the cookie sheets; space the dough so there are twelve cookies per tray.
- 8 bake for 12-15 minutes.
