Double Dark Chocolate Cake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 in an 8 inch square cake pan, stir flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  • 3 make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
  • 4 stir until smoothly combined.
  • 5 bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
