Ingredients

- 18 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon mint extract
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate chips over low heat.
- 2 allow to cool.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and beat well.
- 4 pour into buttered dish.
- 5 refrigerate until it has hardened (but is still soft enough to slice).
- 6 cut into small pieces and serve.
