Chocolate Chip Whipped Cream Loaf

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°.
  • 2 grease and flour 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
  • 3 combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl and set aside.
  • 4 beat whipping cream in large bowl at high speed until soft peaks form.
  • 5 add eggs and vanilla and continue beating just until blended.
  • 6 gently stir in flour mixture and chocolate chips by hand until blended.
  • 7 pour batter into prepared pan.
  • 8 bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 9 run knife around edges of pan to loosen and turn out onto cooling rack.
  • 10 cool completely.
