Chocolate Chip Whipped Cream Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°.
- 2 grease and flour 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
- 3 combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl and set aside.
- 4 beat whipping cream in large bowl at high speed until soft peaks form.
- 5 add eggs and vanilla and continue beating just until blended.
- 6 gently stir in flour mixture and chocolate chips by hand until blended.
- 7 pour batter into prepared pan.
- 8 bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 9 run knife around edges of pan to loosen and turn out onto cooling rack.
- 10 cool completely.
