Edible Birthday Cards

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • gingerbread dough (posted)
  • melted chocolate, in a piping bag

Recipe

  • 1 make up the dough as normal.
  • 2 cut out a square.
  • 3 with the impression make the happy birthday mark in the dough, not too hard but not too shallow either, just practice how hard you press.
  • 4 bake as normal.
  • 5 cool then decorate with the person's name and a little design around the outside.
