Glossy Chocolate Icing

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons butter
• 3 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
• 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 melt butter and chocolate together.
• 2 beat in the remaining ingredients.
• 3 place bowl in larger bowl containing ice water and continue stirring until icing is thick enough to spread.
