Easy Microwave Fudge Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 2/3 cup cocoa
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 in a microwave safe bowl, melt butter in the microwave.
• 2 remove from microwave, add cocoa, and stir until smooth.
• 3 add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
• 4 beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
• 5 allow to cool slightly before frosting cake.
• 6 makes enough to frost a double layer cake. cut in half if frosting the top only of a 9x13 cake.
