Double Fudge Frosting

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels (melted and cooled)
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 cream together butter and confectioners sugar, then add eggs.
  • 2 blend in cooled chocolate morsels, and vanilla.
  • 3 this will fill and frost a 2 layer cake, or a 13"x9" cake, or 12-18 cupcakes.
  • 4 recipe can easily be doubled, and can be stored for a short time in the refrigerator if tightly covered.
