Double Fudge Frosting

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels (melted and cooled)
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 cream together butter and confectioners sugar, then add eggs.
- 2 blend in cooled chocolate morsels, and vanilla.
- 3 this will fill and frost a 2 layer cake, or a 13"x9" cake, or 12-18 cupcakes.
- 4 recipe can easily be doubled, and can be stored for a short time in the refrigerator if tightly covered.
