Banana-on-a-stick

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups coarsely chopped milk chocolate
- 1 cup finely chopped macadamia nuts
Recipe
- 1 cut the banana's in half crosswise.
- 2 insert a popsicle stick into the cut end of each.
- 3 wrap each banana in foil and place in freezer till frozen.
- 4 in double boiler, melt chocolate over hot, not simmering, water.
- 5 stir until smooth.
- 6 remove from the heat.
- 7 place nuts on wax paper.
- 8 dip each banana into the chocolate and, just as the chocolate starts to set, roll in nuts.
- 9 serve immediately or refreeze till ready to eat.
