Copycat Bill's Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 250 g plain all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 125 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 250 g caster sugar (superfine)
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 175 g good-quality dark chocolate chips or 175 g milk chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 180°c (350°f/gas 4).
