Gooey Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box butter recipe cake mix
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 2 cups powdered sugar

Recipe

• 1 allow butter and cream cheese to soften and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 mix cake mix ( you can really use any kind, i have used butter and chocolate) with the butter, cream cheese and egg.
• 3 after the ingredients are all mixed together, put in refridgerator over night or for at least 4 hours.
• 4 roll into balls (about the size of a cherry or slightly larger) and roll in powdered sugar.
• 5 place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
• 6 i sometimes sprinkle a little extra powdered sugar on top after they come out of the oven, but this is not neccesary.
