Fudgy Rocky Road Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 5 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups half-and-half (1 pint)
• 2 cups whipping cream, unwhipped
• 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 3/4 cup chopped peanuts

Recipe

• 1 in large bowl, beat chocolate, condensed milk and vanilla until well blended.
• 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
• 3 pour into ice cream freezer container.
• 4 freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
• 5 freeze leftovers.
