Florentine Slice

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 3/4 cup sultana
- 100 g glace cherries, chopped
- 125 g glace ginger, chopped
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 60 g chocolate, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180 c, grease and line 26 x 16 cms slice pan with baking paper.
- 2 combine all ingredients except chocolate, mix well.
- 3 press into pan, smooth surface.
- 4 bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- 5 cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- 6 cut into 5 cm pieces, drizzle with melted chocolate, let set.
