Choc Caramel Balls

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons liquid glucose
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 200 g chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 place first 4 ingredients in a heavy based saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil.
  • 2 boil for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • 3 take off heat and pour into a dish, place in refrigerator for a couple of hours to stiffen up.
  • 4 roll into balls and rerefrigerate.
  • 5 dip balls of caramel into chocolate and drain off excess.
