Ginormous Chocolate Ice Cream Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3/4 cup breyers double churn free ice cream (french chocolate)
  • 1 1/4 ounces of diet hot cocoa mix (25-calorie packet)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hershey's lite chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free artificial sweetener (such as splenda - 2 packets)
  • 2 cups ice (crushed, about 10 - 14 ice cubes' worth)

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve cocoa mix and sweetener into 2 oz. of hot water. mix well.
  • 2 add syrup and 6 oz. of cold water and stir.
  • 3 place crushed ice and ice cream in a blender. top with liquid mixture.
  • 4 at low to medium speed, blend until shake is thoroughly mixed (but not liquified).
  • 5 pour into a very tall glass and, if desired, top with a generous squirt of fat free reddi-wip and a cherry.
  • 6 enjoy!
