Fantasy Fudge

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted. add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla; beat until well-blended. pour into buttered 9x13 pan. cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
