• 5 tablespoons milk
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 boil for 30 seconds the milk and powdered sugar. add the chocolate chips and boil for 1 min.,stirring constantly.beat well until smooth and pour over warm brownies. this is enough to cover a 9x13.
