Fudge Cake

Ingredients

• 1 lb butter
• 3 egg yolks
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 chocolate squares, melted
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
• 3 egg whites

Recipe

• 1 cream butter, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla.
• 2 add the melted chocolate.
• 3 mix together the flour, milk, baking powder and nuts.
• 4 add flour mixture to creamed mixture.
• 5 fold in egg whites.
• 6 bake 325* 40-45 min 3 9" pans.
