Decadent Chocolate Satin Pie - N

Ingredients

- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 (10 ounce) package dark semisweet chocolate chunks (nestles chocolatier 53% cacao)
- sweetened whipped cream
- chopped nuts (optional)
Recipe
- 1 whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in medium saucepan.
- 2 heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly; do not boil.
- 3 place chunks in food processor fitted with metal blade.
- 4 with processor running, slowly pour milk mixture into chocolate.
- 5 process 10 to 20 seconds.
- 6 scrape down sides and continue processing until smooth.
- 7 pour into crust; refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
- 8 top with sweetened whipped cream before serving; sprinkle with nuts.
